Upgrading to GCS MedOffice v15

Upgrading to v15 of GCS MedOffice is quite simple and easy. Follow these four steps and you will be up and running in no time. Please do take the time to read the documents that we have put together (mentioned in each step below) as they are important and have information to successfully send electronic batch files to Medicare.

Step 1: Instructions on how to upgrade: The new version of GCS MedOffice v15 is required if you are directly billing to Medicare electronically. The following document gives you a step-by-step explanation on how to upgrade to v15:

Step 3: What do you need to do to be able to send 5010 electronic files to Medicare: With the advent of 5010, Medicare has made some mandatory data requirements that all Providers and Billers must comply with. These requirements are described in this document:
